On this page you should find all the information you need to request an appointment and fill out new client and new patient information forms. At this time we only see dogs and cats as patients.

In California, state law requires that a veterinarian establish Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) prior to initiating any treatment or therapy for an animal.  We will also need to determine if Dr Lola's Veterinary Care and your pet are a good fit!

Our initial consultation is a meet and greet in your home and will typically last about 60-90 minutes.  This initial visit will include:

- A comprehensive physical exam (required)

- A health history review of previous veterinary records including any bloodwork, x-ray reports, and any specialist reports (if applicable), vaccine and deworming paperwork.

- Treatment plan with recommendations for preventative care and/or any medications and therapies.

- Yummy and healthy treats to motivate your pet!

All patients are seen by appointment only, Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.  All calls, emails, and texts will be handled during business hours only.  We are closed on the weekends.

Dr. Lola's Veterinary Care is NOT an emergency veterinary care provider.  Therefore, if you have an emergency for your pet, please contact the nearest emergency veterinary hospital for care.  You may find the names of our local Emergency Clinics HERE
