Service Description
We know that avoiding pain and suffering is one of the most important things to pet owners. We are here to help you know when the time is right to say goodbye, walk you through what we know can be one of the hardest decisions you will have to make for your beloved pet, and give them the peaceful passing that they deserve, home with their family.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is due at the time of services rendered. Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. On-line payment can be done with the Zelle App. We do not bill and we do not take checks. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. NO SHOWS and SAME DAY cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. COVID-19 POLICY: Use of facemasks during the visit may be recommended for our mutual safety. If you or anyone in your home is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have recently been around someone who has tested positive for Covid, please reschedule for a later date. (Same day cancellation due to Covid will not result in cancellation fee.)
